How to overcome somekne fear. I feel I have become my own sibling slave she is mentally torturing me . I get scared of her . How to overcome that fear .

Try to talk to your sibling that this behaviour is creating toxicity between you guys and you both should mutually invest to strengthen this bond. Talk about the things that bothers you and what are you expectations.

She plays games and always says she is good .but I know how she plays dirty mind games . I tried and she ditched me.

Just slap her next time whenever she do something wrong to you. This is not violence. If she is mentally torturing you then just slap her and make her understand she is doing wrong and take her to your parents. Tell them everthing she is doing.
