my dad has anger issues and mom- i have always been scared of her ...seeing them i feel scared whether i wld end up like them...i just want to move out and stuff but i cant...i just wish i have someone to vent out but the thing is i have parents who are toxic! and i dont even trust anybody rn

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I am sure that you must be really disturbed by this. This ain't healthy for anybody. Have you tried talking to your parents individually about how their behavior has been affecting you and you would like the dynamics to be changed.
