by letting go of it , learn the lesson move on at ur own pace, forget those people who might ve hurt u... look towards ur future.. and love urself a bit. it takes time... healing isn't linear... slowly but surely u'll move on.

You know, pain is something that has it's own course if I am not wrong.Don't force yourself from stop recalling the past.It will hurt you more.Just remember one thing that's whatever was it , right now you can't change it.Accept this.Whenever you are thinking about your past try to put a TUNE with your words ( it might sound funny ).It will definitely lessen the impact of your pain.Try to get involved in something .It can be anything that lighten up your mood.Listening to music or reading books.May be solving others problems or cleaning the cluttered bedroom.Do just something to keep your mind engagement at somewhere else.Just be easy on yourself.
