hi everyone, I am facing a big dilemma... i am working in TCS from last 2 years(first job) and resigned 1 month ago and I have got an offer from other MNC with higher package.. but from last few years, I am facing dilemma whether I should choose the other MNC or should I continue in tcs after retention process ..both have their own benifits and cons...it's very hard..

    consistencies important switching the jobs for a little higher package is not beneficial in long term
