Can someone tell me that if a candidate had completed 4 years of Degree in 5 years (1 year gap)with 78% of marks, is eligible for a govt job?
Who's eligibility criteria states that:
"Candidate must have completed graduation with 60% of marks & Graduation should have been
completed within the stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University"
