Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand it must be difficult to distract your mind from someone you once loved. Acceptance is the very first thing that we should practice, try to accept that the person’s part in your life is over. Try to cherish the good memories, and try to make peace with it. Try to focus on being more productive and your growth. Keep yourself busy, whenever bad memories or flashback comes purposely distract yourself.
