I wanted the same and I did I locked myself I was happy for a couple of week I thought I finally find myself but now I don't really think I made a good choice like I'm stuck now in my own thoughts crying myself to sleep every night it's okey to isolate yourself for a while but you need to get out one day you can't keep leaving alone find at least someone to talk to
