You can actually tell him that you can report him if he even threats you of doing this.

depending on the photo and what he going to do with them you shouldn't be afraid of it its yours its like you showing a person with you showing them or you can break up with them thats the best option its not good to be in that situation report to police parents whoever even report is social media contact and so on
