You can try self-help books, Also I don't think there is anything bad with being an introvert you can still have friends. You cannot change your personality, that would require you to step out of your comfort zone, I think you should first accept yourself.
i do accept myself duh, but talking to people makes me really nervous that's what i am asking help for.
Well its not going to improve overnight and will take time. Some of the things which you can try by talking slowly and typically, good talkers don’t rush into a conversation. Then find out where your feeling awkward and work on that part
