Try this it should work.
You can try to regulate your negative thoughts by getting engaged in different activities that will help you in distracting your mind.
negative thoughts can be overcomed by not focusing on them..and by thinking of your goals and aims u have to cherish...falling down is an accident by staying there is a choice...whenever u do something just think about its positive impact not negative and if negativity comes just smile and fight back..nothing can stop you
