Weight gain causing anxiety
In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Since the beginning of the second lockdown, I've gained around 12 kgs. That's a very big number in just a couple of months. Everyday when I look at myself in the mirror, I get anxious and disgusted. I want to go back to the way I was for which I started exercising as well but I just can't change my food habits. I'm worried that if I'm ugly nobody will pay me any heed and this is tampering with my confidence
