maybe consult a dietitian/ gym trainer they will guide you .

try to do some exercise, or if not try to do walking first in the morning or afternoon it would be great if your environment has some trees or plants.

hey I'm going through same, in this situation even tho we know we are wrong we still keep doing it , and yes I'm still in it but weight doesn't determine us yes we do sometimes feel fat but do one thing , pick a very fine day and eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day without thinking anything bad that why u ate and think how did u feel with food and then think if weight is more imp or this feeling of feeling satisfied:)
