first thing if crying makes u lighter do that...and don't let other people's judgement judge u create a strong vision of yourself wat you can do and wat you can not ignore negative things cause u know better wat u r their opinion wont change that

family is what's cruel they use abuse and mistreat yet because they family u can't help but have love for them still and want tht love back but sometimes u need to love them from a distance get to know yourself cuz want u got self love it doesn't matter if ppl don't love u cuz u already know ur self and love ur self

that's not true alot of ppl have childhood trauma whether they realize it or not stop loving for love of others when u don't even know if u love ur self u gotta love yourself enough to know ok I know I'm amazing what's his problem
