it's attachment. sometimes it's good, but need to realise and point if it's a toxic trait or not. I think if the hatred last for more than 70% of the time you interact, or stay or being in touch, it's better to 1. address that and see if it's getting better. 2. if not, move on.

maybe that's because you are trying to avoid your feelings ,by your answer it seems like you are a teenager and sometimes in teenage we found someone and get too attached despite the fact that this person has nothing you like but you are still attached so just don't do anything and accept all your feelings and gradually distance yourself from that person ...and when you find the right one after sometime in future you wil forget about this person... don't give too much attention there are plenty of things and people around you who are must important and better
