well i wanted to cry but i dont know why i feel tired but i didn't do anything i'm just sleeping i feel like i want to seek help but i don't know what my problem is

don't wry it's a feeling we all go through this situation , just look at where you are comfortable , in a activity or with a person . and spend time with that activity/ person you will feel better. and feel free to talk
