    it's ok to feel that I have also goes through it. just take a break from whatever you are doing and pamper yourself like going somewhere outside at your favourite place, listen your favourite song, take a spa at home by yourself or go outside for it. it will make you happy. write down your good qualities and bad qualities and burn the bad one. it will help you
