hey guys I have a doubt. there are sessions held by the app's counsellors and there some sessions held by some people who have the same avatars as the app users. who are they? does any one know?

um no they don't...the  psychologists who're present in the meeting.. u can see their real name and pic there. even if they comment on someone's queries -u'll be able to easily identify that.
