win over stress and depression

Question

is there any win ever on stress and depression ?...or I will have to fight it or live with it for the rest of my life ( if I didn't try to harm myself)...it's getting out of my hand now..it seems I am not more controlling the life... stress and depression is controlling my life and decisions now

i am facing very big dilemma... I recently have resigned from my current company and have offer from other organization around 13 lpa ... but current company is trying to retain by giving 10 lpa...so I am very very confused..which way should I go now... current organization gives a huge job security while other organization has work on new technology which I can learn and maybe move ahead but really don't know...whih way to choose
