people are crap u know..max ppl are not kind. Its like they are always looking for an option to attack you,find faults where there is none. n since i am already dealing with mental health issues, it becomes very difficult to deal with such ppl-mostly the leads and managers do this

I am working in telecom sector - everyday expectations - wake up have concall, do everyone's work who is absent for that day, office politics, back bitching about boss/co-workers and u know what's the most amazing part I don't give a damn about them let them do whatever they wanna do I can't change them but can change myself or the company only but wherever you go you will find these conditions even if u make friends at work they may become your enemies without even knowing you. Don't try to change the outer world change ur inner world instead - try to do meditation daily in ur free time talk with your old friends the ones from college, school and don't give a shit to office people they won't be with you forever neither you're gonna be with them forever.

I am afraid but I believe no, you won't be able to especially when that person is your manager ans you are reporting to him only. You won't be allowed to speak against him/her. However you can talk to your manager if it's the matter with your colleagues who are of same level as that of yours.

I had the same experience in IT , result is I have changed more than 15 companies in my 14 years of experience. I have a rack full of offer letters . BUT when I call my ex colleagues , most of them are working in the same place peacefully. so people like you and me should stop taking the negative things to the heart and take a bank loan 😅. it will may be make us focus on the work not take the unnecessary things to the heart. one of my ex colleague who gave bad feedback about me used to say , tension Dene ka lene ka nai.

Give a complaint about ur manager only if u r technically very strong and the project ur working has a dependency on u. Or if ur financially strong do it . if not take a leave for some time telling some health issue and smoothly come out of that project and get into another one . if ur lucky u might get a good manager 😅

Take a break for some time . Go to your favorite place and rewind . if you don't have the burden of paying any EMI it's better u leave the job and look for any CMM level 5 company which follow some standards and procedures.

In IT i have been looking for suggestions for good organizations with good work culture, where ppl are better than service based organizations. Once i find these orgs, i can atleast start preparing and try to switch.
