Hello I'm not feeling well from the past few weeks as emotionally not strong crying at night. In mind lots of thoughts going worried about job even from last year my weight put on alott eating habits changed not easily able to share the thought whts going on ! I feel sometime happy to cheer up myself of something feel completely useless not doing anything the problems not been able to share with anyone easily what can I do is there something need psychological help?
