thank you i just need some help on how to handle these things
sometimes i am afraid really scared sometime, worrying about my son having panic attack
is ur son also having panick attack or it's you.
its just me cause am not worry and his father isnt helping so am always worrying about him
ok. I think every parent esp mothers r worrying more for there children . so little stress is ok but why u think about it all time. u have to understand that thing will be good slowly and ur child would do good if u r focus on making him understand value of things around him or her . so don't worry much about future when u have not much control of it .. for anxiety attacks, just learn deep breathing exercise and u can get busy urself in some other stuff or divert ur thought to something else like humming music, ur hobby etc.
i will try those but sometime when i talk about certain things all i do is cry
i have so many things on my mind that i wish i could just talk to someone about it and just cry
