It's okay...if they don't understand it because no parents would understand this...but this fight is something that you gotta get control over....and tbh I would want you to go through it.... whenever you feel anxious....just remember that it's just another test for you...and it will be gone in no time...but you need to keep focus on your work...you need to get out of your house somehoe
