Try doing it in front of a mirror. Learn poses from the net. Don't overthink when u post any pic online. Be confident and feel comfortable

hello, i understand your problem.. we constantly think that what others will think if we will post this pic. shyness is something that you can overcome..but only if you keep patient and with positive intent keep doing the things required to overcome it. let me know if u want me to write more on what are the steps u can take..
