I feel the same too at times we all are in this together. try listening to some stress release music on youtube or try 4 box breathing technique it helped me once not sure if it would work for others just google it n give it a shot

yeah sure it does..... but all we need to do is.... let these people go out of our lives and focus on living our life to the fullest.... why would someone's wrong doings affect us.. when we are not at all at fault
