it's okay....sometimes when I see my loved one in pain ...i go blank too......you know just that empty. you are trying to think something something...but you don't know what....but it's okay you know... it happens...you know Modern Family? Michael couldn't kiss Cam in public ......but it was found out to be because his dad jay had never kissed him as a kid. shit happens when adults around us are jerks. so ig it's okay to not be able to speak sometimes. if she understands she will stay.
