I completed all my medication even though I feel like my breath and all is not good... I'm just assuming and making my self worse

I see...I had covid...I did have the same problem but uk if u have a bit compromised breathing issues....u need to accept urself a bit and try different breathing exercises which put a bit of pressure on lungs.....eat protein....ur damaged part of body will be recovered soon....don't worry...one of the breathing exercise is anolum vilom

U r doing just fine......it needs time to recover.....have cough syrup ....try to keep ur through clear in case of wet cough by gargling with Luke warm water and 10ml from green coloured betadine gargle bottle

no I have used for one year.. and now my course is completed but I feel strength and all but I donno where this all anxiety came from.. even if I feel calm.. suddenly I feel something will hPpen

See any disease which causes fever or pain can cause anxiety.....so it is normal

If u feel so...u should start with psychiatrist or if u want to do it yourself....u need to exercise....u need to sing.....u need to do breathing exercises ....to show to ur mind that nothing is wrong with u
