Hey, I am a 19 year old adult 12th passed from science.I am living in a area where I don't have any friends since childhood till now I have become totally introvert.I have gf in 10th STD and she brokeup with me in lockdown.she exhausted from me.I couldn't prepare for my studies for entrance exam.All day mind overthink alot and sexual thought etc. I need mental help.
