I have been there, I am back at that stage again so I can completely understand your feelings. I can only suggest something through my experience as I am not an expert but I am someone going through all this since I was 7 years old. One thing that helped me was to indulge yourself in any activity that you enjoy doing something that makes you happy.

you can try practising gratitude..soo do write 5 things you are grateful for each day...and also write 5 lessons you learned each month..through adversity and hard times if you can learn something that can make you better person..eventually that feeling will change and you will start thinking everything happened for good..and also you can try journal writing where you can express your feelings of how you feel...also i will recommend you to make two columns...write controllable aka things you can control in first column and in the second column..write things that ain't in your control then simply accept that you cannot control that uncontrollables...and only focus on what can be controlled..reward yourself for every good learning you do...reward yourself for everytime you study or work well..i hope this can help you..take care and i hope that you start to feel great again..๐stay blessed
