Attimes at some point in our lives and relationships we are scared and fell that the love and affection we give to others we may not have it back. and the mind says to itself "Why should I even give this love when am not sure of having it back". And thus as a result we tend to be anxious, depressed, and Isolated.
In times like this we just need to take a deep breath, realease it and then take some snacks, listen to good music, play video games, watch a movie or just do what makes you happy. Well in my case this tips often work for me
