i can feel what you would have been through,what i would recommend you is that being alone and thinking about past will ruin you future.its not easy to let go what you have experienced but still love yourself and try to overcome your emotions

try listening to some good music,do meditation if you still feel depressed comment here maybe you can share your problems with someone

the most painful problem is that no one can understand me :" no one of my family can see the pain I feel, I had relapsed several times, lol .. my family don't no nothing about my depression :"

yes they can't see your pain because u have not shared with them yet...u need to share your problems with your closed ones.. they will definitely gonna help you..

I can not stop thinking, I just stay in my bed, turning the lights off and think about everything I have passed through, from the accident to the depression and my lost dream :" my friends don't know about my depression except 2 of them and lately they don't talk to me anymore 😅

i can feel that u r going through a very difficult situation.. but yes we have to move on.. even sun rise daily and daily there is a sunset... so just move on..
