foucous that much on, often makes it worse, when it happens. kids run, fall down, try fast stand up to run again and move on as if nothing happen, if one able to deal with reminding, can be better. life will never be prefect, sometimes will make mistakes (can try learn from), trials and error, to much regret or such can heavy as heavy stone down and can risk get tried earlier. can't fully avoid all bad, regret or such, but we can choose how we deal with it. possible live too much in the past or future, may affect in the now moment, in a neagtive way. (also sometimes simply think "I will fail" at something can be enough and it sometimes will then happen happens.)
