just go out on your cycle, bike or whatever you've or just wear your shoes and go run and run with your full potential and run until you feel tired and then take a rest, recall everything which makes you think to die and then run again just exhaust yourself buddy and always keep talking to yourself that if you're in this world there's definitely some reason for it, nothing happens without any reason and prove your worth.. this time shall pass and believe me you'll come out to be a better person in next 3-4 months... just work hard, best of luck 🤞
