First figure out whats making you feel alone its a relationship or something else sometimes we have to stay busy not to feel alone we should spend time with hobbies

just take a day off it.. wait a entire day be involved in other stuffs and as soon as 24 hours passes by confront with a Lil message like :' see i kn i really loved u but guess it worth it to u ' and u'll kn if a no worries or let's move on

I guess you should start talk to God about your pain , life situation,  want , need etc it really decrease loneliness.  And start doing charity even of 1 dollar.  It will give you satisfaction.
