I don't have much but.....1) drink lots of water- stay hydrated 2) make sure ur jaw is relaxed. 3) avoiding going out during daytime and even dim ur lights of ur room. 4) have ur meds and don't stress,

make sure u dont have unwanted thoughts run through your mind. don't overly stress yourself over something... have healthy meals, drink lot of water, good sleep patterns.. and while using your phone make sure you don't keep. bright light. dim it as much as possible. try accupunture therapy if possible. it might help

@pixsoul - not coffee... it's not advisable.. if u r someone who hardly ever drinks coffee, it's better to stay away from any caffeine.... it will eventually make u anxious.
