Try to practice positive affirmations and then take your time. Tell yourself that it’s a matter of max 2-3 minutes. Keep on doing deep breathing.
Whenever you feel like you're having an anxiety attack..there r two things u can do..if you feel like crying about it..do cry, as much as you feel like, untill you feel better. Crying helps to purge through any of those emotions which torment you from time to time. When I feel down sometimes or really sad and upset, i cry about it, turn some music on which resonates with my mood and it instantly makes me feel better. Or you can distract yourself from thinking about the things that make you feel worse
