i had anxiety attack due to fear of death due to covid as i witnessed my fathers death due to heart attack as he was covid positive and constantly thinking about future of my family as we are in bad financial position due to my father bad handling of money prior his death

What you can do right now is focus on present and on the things that you can change. Like take safety precautions, follow a healthy lifestyle and try ti get back on track in terms of work to get things back to normal routine.
