Hi, its just a bad phase, it will pass. Have positive attitude. While going out keep your mask on, cover yourself. But avoid going out unnecessarily. Stay home, use your time in growing yourself, learning some new skills, play games, watch movies. This will keep you busy and helps in eradicateing negative thoughts from your mind.
Hi. The paranoia is completely understandable. Just make sure you follow WHO guidelines regularly, especially after a visit to the market.
As for the anxiety, know that this time will pass. Try to look at it as a time for self-growth, which we often don't focus on due to our fast-paced lives. Do things you've always wanted to do (and that can be done indoors) but never had the time for. It will help you feel productive and hopefully keep the anxiety at bay :)
Apart from what has already been suggested, I guess it also has to do with the fear of uncertainty, cause you just don't know what may happen, but here you do have one certainty, you are following all the precautions, the groceries are under essential services so yes they are keeping everything sanitized, once you are home you will indeed sanitise yourself, follow the rule of three,a) I am going out there well equipped, b) I am out only for the essentials and not just messing around but acting tactfully c) Once home again I am back to safety, these three things just keep on reminding yourself, cause the more you add centainty the more you may ease out.
