any advice for me??

hii,this year i am going to be 18 so currently i am staying in italy we dont have our own house but some relatuve here, i am italian citizen so i have to go to italy atleast once in a year.My situation is a bit complicated,if i stay in italy i can do my course then job but if i stay in india i have to do 10,11,12 then course then move to another country but at the age of 25 i will just finish my studies.i cant stay in italy longer because i am not comfortable with this relative.i want to save my years of studies and career which is possible in italy but

whoa this is so complicated, just do what your heart says and I know it's hard rationally that's why you're here but....if you think relatives and others are getting on ur nerves then just be in India and if you think that u can deal with it then be there...

Do whatever your heart says ....  If I was in your place then i  would stay in Italy but not with relatives maybe in a rented flat or something like that ..
