first of all frida as u said the LDR is somehow a part of this stress , I would like to tell you that being in a LDR is a very tough thing and not everyone can deal with the constant ups and downs . what i think is that u should takr a break from your relationship at this point and see how things go on . if u dont mind , may is ask for how long u ve been in this relationship?

yeah, usually things changes very rapidly after graduation cz now you must be thinking about your career as well, so don't stress out much, just give some time and priotize important things..

u can just talk to your bf and let him know about ur issues and take a break for maybe a week and see how things turn out . try spending more time with your college friends

if u are uncomfortable with talking to him or maybe don't wanna talk to him then U can say him the problem and also u must take a break.....I had the same problem with my GF
