They will say anything to get under your skin, and ruin your reputation, they'll say you're promiscuous, you do things to get a good grade, you're arrogant, if your dad is moderately wealthy they'll definitely believe that he buys your grades. You know you got there through either hard work, talent or both, and you know that you are not being arrogant, you're just avoiding awful people. So keep your two friends close, and focus on your studies, you should develop a metaphorical coat that shields you from insults, much like a real coat shields you from snow...as long as you know you're innocent, and you know why you behave the way you do, let no one whisper into your ear so that you falter, keep their accusations out of your brain, don't engage with them and don't bother addressing the accusations, since doing so will only escalate the situation, and good luck!
