soo.. to begin with i have always struggled with body shaming,and im not happy about it. ever since i was a kid people from my family and friends have always mocked me. in 2021 i started a journey that will make me body positive and make everyone just shut up about my body. i have lost 4 kg till now. if you tell me that it is a really small amout of fat to lose, i will actually agree. i hesitated and i actually stopped my diet for a while because of people always critisizing me and my parents especially, and it has been reallyhard to get back on track since then. so i need some advice on how to have the full motivation to become the person i always wanted to be and to prove to myself and to people that i am not a disappointment.
