is this 'feeling suffocation' just a one time thing or has happened in the past?
its been for long time I'll say...but recently it's happening very often
i. consulted a doctor he gave me medicine then i didn't felt like that for a day or two then today again same
does this have a trigger, like any perticular situation?
he says that this might be a psychological thing not a real thing
what the doctor prescribed?

well sometimes it happens due to my anxiety which is in high level for sometime but it happens out of no reason like tofay
doctor prescribed me two medicine it... and idk if i have psychological disorder as i have never consulted a psychologist
I think you should consider a psychiatrist because they might help you with your anxiety.

i assume you're sitting down, keep the phone away and focus on your breath, try to regain it by taking in oxygen from outside and close your eyes, and whenever you have any thoughts while this try to again focus on your breath.
i am feeling little better now
a little less suffocating
that's great to hear, try doing it every morning, even if you don't feel suffocated.

sometimes if this does not work, go to a quiet place and try to slow your breath if it is fast, have a mind conversation on what you're feeling or you can even maintain a journal to keep a track of this.
