same here.. i too have health concern. but i am trying to overcome it, and it had helped me a lot.

Shravika... What I do is I keep my self busy all the day. Before going to bed I schedule my next day I write it in a paper. At whatever time I wake up in the morning I do yoga and pranayam. Then i follow my schedule very strictly, eat healthy, drink enough of water. then comes the fun part I have this app called google fit. i have set target in it of 10000 steps, after havingy dinner, i walk until i complete 10000 steps..After this i feel so tired that I straight away jump to bed. Then again start the next day. Shravika try this for only once you will find it very relaxing.. you know I have a disease which is with me until a die and it hearts really bad..I have over come that fear...
