continuous anxiety and depression

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

itss been 3 monthss with this anxiety thingg and still i am not doing well..i feel a lot of weakness which irks me sometimes the most..everything seems fine in a momene while in a next moment...it all starts again..i dunno...i am juss sick of beingg depressed and i have no idea what next gonna happen...
