You should focus on what's making you stress. Rather that be school, work, family or friends. Whatever bugs you, you should seek a way to fix it. Everyone goes through stress, including me as well. You're never alone. Try seeking meditation classes, doing something you love or talking to friends and family. You can always try voice recording and venting your feelings out loud, or even writing what you're going through on a piece of paper. :)
