well not everyone is happy and no one's happy all the time there are things in everyone's life that are shitty some people just know better to hide just enjoy little things find happiness in little things in life you may not always be happy but you can try do whatever you love and gives you happiness take care of your self exercise surely you will feel better if you're stressed about something talk it out

Nobody is 100% happy. Everyone is fighting their own battles. We're all in this together. A person may be smiling on the outside, but who knows what all he's putting up with on the inside. In a nutshell, you're not the only one unhappy with your life. Happiness is in our hands, if we prioritise things accordingly :)

trust me, so many people are going through so much shit. some are just better at hiding it.
