that happened to me as well, my boyfriend stopped talking to me and totally cut me off, didn't ever try to contact me again even if I called him from different numbers, he heard my voice and blocked my number so yeah that totally means that they broke up with you and does not want you anymore

Try the three day rule. Give her three days to come back and reply to you again, and if she doesn't, block her back and move on. My ex did that and he still can't accept that I didn't play his game. Realise your worth, realise that you are worth more than being ignored without an explanation. Hopefully it's just a technical glitch and she'll be back soon, but if not, walk away and refuse to chase after her. She will soon realise what she missed. Good luck.
