it's okay to feel alone but uk it can be related to mental disorder....everyone needs someone to take care of themselves.....it is really hard to get one of ur own gender so we do look for the opposite gender....u may feel lonely because u may be feeling deserted in ur family....u want ur family to be more compassionate to you but they are not

insomnia can be treated by medication or sleeping in a suitable room or exercising a lot till u have fatigue.....

this feeling of emptiness will wither away when u set a definite goal for yourself....still u need to meet people then join some apps like clubhouse,the event of Iamears....u can watch stand up comedies on YouTube for entertainment
