nope it's just that whenever I look at food I just feel like i can't eat it but I try to eat some things so I won't starve
ohh I see. does eating with friends/relatives make u anxious as well? I mean, maybe u can ask a loved one to sit with u while u eat. u can also look up on Google the benefits of certain food, to trick ur subconsious. not eating well could be a reason why u have trouble sleeping. talk abt it to a professional if u can and take care of ys<3
