you can make a routine for you daoly and try to focus on the same
u can't get rid of it.... inner motivation, also pre planning helps.
try by writing everything down and taking it slowly ..doing things one by one
I've been struggling with procrastination alot too but I've recently started making an in-depth to do list every night for the next day. and it has been kinda working. but it's okay if you can't keep up with your routine everyday tho. we all are humans and we get tired. it's okay to procastinate at time. so I'd say start making in-depth to-dos everynight and let yourself be lazy when you're tired. that way your week will be productive. you can start slow by being productive 3 days a week then 4 then 5 then 6 and then finally you'll get used to not procastinate as much (you still will procastinate at time tho because again WE'RE HUMANS AND WE GET TIRED so don't feel guilty for taking a procastinating)
i face the same problem as well the think that helped me study was setting an alarm like 5 mins per paragraph and that helped me focus more.
